At Mittera, I was the office vegetarian. So naturally, when it came time to hand out ad assignments, I got…the meat guide. (Let it never be said that my project managers didn’t have a sense of humor.) This guide, while only 16 pages, was an enormous undertaking. I did everything from concept development, to layout design, to prop selection, to helping with food styling and photo direction.
